Berry Nice, Lemon Verbena, Peony Petals, Applewood, Lavender Patchouli, Northwoods, Goatmilk Oatmeal & Honey and Stress Relief

(These items were gifts that arrived with my order).

When my doorbell rang this afternoon and I opened the front door to the mailman, he presented me with our regular mail and a package.

I love packages. Doesn't everybody? My brain struggled (as usual) to recall if and what I had ordered lately. Oh yeah, I thought. I'd placed an online order for bar soap from Oregon Soap Shoppe and another for three books from amazon.com earlier this week. Before I could read the label on the box to determine the shipper, I smelled the glorious scents of the soaps leaking generously through the unopened package.
*
This is my second order of soap from the Oregon Soap Shoppe. The shop keepers are wonderful people to deal with and the soaps smell almost too good. I love using a different scent each day of the week.
*
I'd like to send a bar of this soap to all of you but then I'd get pretty smelly with no soap of my own. Gather around. I have a solution. The names of the first five of you who comment on this post will be put in a hat from which I'll draw the winner. The winner will receive the scent of his or her choice. Good luck!

I am definitely going to check out their website. I love these kinds of soaps and smell-goods, and the packaging appeals to my purist side.
What a goof I am--while reading your post I found myself inhaling deeply as if I would be able to smell them.

Oh Yea! I'm number two!! Maybe I'll win the drawing! I got excited that the company was named Oregon, but in the fine print I see it is from Oregon, Illinois.
From the looks of it all, it smells devine!

I'm writing just because I want you to know I've been here. Pass my name on your drawing though--can't live with scented stuff. I am such a wimp.

JANA and PARROT: Yippee, your names are in the hat!

GULLY: So sorry you don't tolerate scents well. Thanks for stopping in anyway.

Wow, what a nice combination of scents you've put together here! I like your idea of using a different one every day. I am going to copy that idea if you don't mind. :)

What a fun giveaway! Count me in!

SARIE: You're in the hat. I hope it isn't getting too crowded in there for you ladies. While we're waiting with bated breath for the fifth contender, I'll entertain you by reading THE CAT IN THE HAT aloud to you.

We looked!
Then we saw him step in on the mat!
We looked!!
And we saw him!
The Cat in the Hat!

TO JANA, PARROT, VANESSA, SARIE AND NATASHA: I've drawn the winner, well, actually my co-worker did the honors. I'll be making the announcement of the winner later this evening. I have a post announcing the winner all ready on my laptop at home. After Lon's birthday dinner this evening, I'll post the winner.
