Evening Beside The Lake

Lake Vermilion
As the sun sets

Beyond the pine bough

Up close to nature

Lighting the fallen leaves

Lighting the path
View from the cabin
Walk with me down to the water

How cozy is that!

We arrived here at Lake Vermilion this afternoon.  We're staying at the White Eagle Resort in Cook, MN.  Lon and Jared will be fishing during the next few days while I entertain myself by walking, reading, blogging and other non-work related activities.

I planned to add some narrative to my blog after I published the photos but I can't get back into the edit mode. My little edit pencil doesn't show up anymore. Eeeeek!!!!

Yay! My edit pencil reappeared so I added a few words. I'll do more tomorrow. Good night!

B-E-A-UTIFUL! Sounds heavenly to me. I'd tell you to relax and enjoy your time away from the everday stuff, but it appears you are already following that advice.

DARKSCULPTURES, SARIE AND PARROT: Thank you for sharing my vacation with me. I'll post more pix as I go. It's time for a walk to MooseBirds, the nearby store. We need eggs for breakfast tomorrow and I love the gift shop. It's sunny and gorgeous and the guys are gone fishing.

Make your day a fun one too.

Happy Birthday, Sarie! Treat yourself right!

DAYNER: Thank you for viewing my photos and commenting. I'm struggling a bit lately with posting photos to my blog but I'll post at least a few every day. Come on back now, ya hear?
