Plans for the 4th?

I'm doing this at work so I don't have any photos to add.  Rats!  I'm just wondering what fun plans you have for the holiday weekend.

If you have a minute or two to share, I'd love to read about what you'll be doing.

As for me and my house, we're heading to the fair and thank the good Lord I got the opportunity to take the entire week off from work. Really looking forward to the downtime and some good times around the house!

If I can gather the courage, I will drive into Seward and brave the masses to watch the junior Mt. Marathon race. My friend Miles will be running and has a good chance at a top finish spot. If I am not stark raving mad (because of the masses) by early afternoon, I will stay for the men's race.

Nothing! Nada! Zip! A.K.A. we're relaxing for three straight days before the traveling starts again on Tuesday. Well, I say that now, but you know Russ, we'll probably actually relax only when we're sleeping. :)

Have a wonderful Thursday dear!

Well I'm going to head north to a friend's cabin in the woods where we are all going to have a picnic and cookout and then watch the camps talent show which concludes every year with a fireworks display. I go back to work Tuesday, but then off for another 13 days for vacation, the beach I'm thinking. And what are your plans for the holiday? Have a good one!!!!

Laying under the AC with a cold glass of tea. I may even move once in a while. Probably not.

Since we live in a beach town, it means we'll mosey over to the boardwalk Sunday night for some live music, maybe a slice of pizza, definitely some ice cream and then watch the fireworks on the beach!
