Unmotivated

Only last year, I was extremely motivated.  Motivated enough to compete in a triathlon.  Yup, that's me with my biking, swimming and running gear.

Lately, I can't seem to stir up enough motivation to post something of interest here on my blog.  Thus, I'm borrowing from the past to gain attention today.

I guess that's not all bad, or is it?

(I've been raking leaves in my spare time over the past few weeks.  There's not a lot to write about that!)

You know, I thought about you the other day and was thinking your probably getting ready to put that beautiful yard to bed for the season! I have been so busy and behind with blogging it's not funny. Enjoyed seeing your new little edition though!!!!!

PARROT: You say you'll wait. Now's that's awfully sweet...thank you.

MADDIE: You thought of me...what can I say except that I'm warmed by that. I'm sure glad I posted this; these comments are more meaningful than usual!!

"Life's like a box of chocolates. Ya never know what yer gonna get." I was watching snippets of Forrest Gump this afternoon. It's chock full of gems; I love it.

I've been feeling very unmotivated lately too. Watching a 3 month old and chasing after Jake doesn't leave me much time for anything else...except checking the computer to see what other people are up to! Could you tell the guys and everyone at work I said hello?
Thanks :) Miss you!

STEPHANIE: I'm not totally unmotivated, just not compelled to put anything on my blog. Doing what you're doing keeps you very limited as to what you can do and where you can go. God bless you for caring for his little ones. They'll grow up and then you'll have some time to do things for yourself.

I will tell everyone at work "hi" for you. Take care.

There you are! I'm glad you checked in. You're not unmotivated to blog, you're rejuvenating! You've been going non stop for a very long time around here so it's about time for a break :). We'll wait :) Enjoy yourself and whe you're ready you'll come back and tell us all about your adventures :).

Love,
Sarie

SARIE: Raking leaves and playing Words With Friends take up most of my free time. The Scrabble game is fun and challenging. I've got twenty games going, that's the max you can have! You know me, Sarie. I rarely do anything in moderation. I'm reading, watching movies...just so busy and bored with blogging for the time being.

Thanks for stopping in, my friend.

Boy, I don't have this problem, I'm very motivated, you can tell by how many posts I've had on my blog the last few months (years).
I had a little talk with myself last night, I didn't like what I said so I tuned myself out. I told me that I had to get back to the exercise/diet routine and start pecking on these keys or the piano keys one, but lil-ole-me is lazy.
So here's a challenge to you and me, one new post a week in the month of January. Lets start the new year out right.

WALK: Yeah, let's do that, my friend! You may need to remind me as the New Year approaches.

January? Really? Not until January? Listen you two. You don't want to jump into that all at once. You need to practice up in the meantime. I'll be expecting some posts.....
