Holy Spanish Mackerel

Jared did some fishing on Crescent Beach on Siesta Key, Florida.  When I saw this one, I said "Holy Mackerel" but I was wrong.  It's a Spanish Mackerel.

Lon and Jared both enjoy fishing.  They do most of their fishing in Wisconsin and Minnesota but it's always fun for them to drop a line to see what's lurking in the waters of Florida.

What about them choppers?

One of these days I'll move on to a subject other than our happenings during our recent vacation.  Right now, I'm still holding on to memories of the wonderful time we had.

I have fond memories of fishing with my father as a child and this post reminded me of them. So thank you for that!

Vacations are always great and the memories created are forever. I for one have enjoyed viewing all about your florida fun!

Thanks much.

He's a beautiful fishy, until you see those teeth! Holy mackerel!

Tomorrow at this time, I'm coming back to look at alllllllllllll of your vacation pictures. It sounds like I'm gonna need them. 5-8 inches of the white stuff. Boo.

Shaddy, is there an email subscription gadget to add to your sidebar somewhere? I'm wanting to subscribe by email, because my reader is a day or so behind. And that's unnacceptable when it comes to Papercut Screams.

Love you dear!

SARIE: Below my comment box is a box you can check for "Email follow-up comments to paintit2@charter.net." Doesn't that show up for you? Or, wait a minute. I get what you're wanting. I'll go see what I can do. Wish me luck!!

I love that you're going to look at my vacation pictures again. That's sweet.

Keep warm and happy tomorrow, Sarie.

Expecting 2 inches of slight dusting of snow here. These pictures are so full of warmth!! I can't blame you for wanting to share your vacation!

ANNIE: We got quite a bit of snow yesterday. I don't know for sure how much but I'd guess around 5 inches. I don't mind the snow but don't like the cold.

I'm glad you're feeling well enough to do some blogging. Take care and keep smiling!!
