Do You Know What Kind of Bird This Is?

Do you know what kind of bird this is?  We've searched our Birds of Wisconsin field guide but still can't identify it.

Keeping the birdfeeders filled is a never-ending job.  Jared often fills ours when he's here.

    My friend, Meika, informed me that she's pretty sure that this bird is a female Rose-Breasted Grosbeak.

    Interesting. That one isn't even in Roger Tory Peterson's field guide. The beak and body shape is identical to our grosbeaks, though the coloring is different.
