Mid-November Winter in Wisconsin

Snow looking west.

Looking south.

Looking north.

Looking southeast.

Looking east.

Looking southwest.

Looking southwest.

Looking west.

A partial pumpkin wondering what happened.

Ya gotta be impressed with this big male Red-bellied Woodpecker.

He's pecking for peanuts but I don't think he's underpaid, do you?

And as you can see, it's still snowing.

Hi Shaddy, How fun to visit on the telephone just now from THE SAR. Now you know what THE SAR is. Really enjoyed the post...the literal colony of birdhouses is impressive as is the royal looking woodpecker!

Cap & Patti: I was feeling bad because most of my posts are about beer. I thought it might be fun for you and Patti to see something else. When I looked outside this morning and saw all the beautiful snow, I had a good subject for a post designed especially for the two of you.

I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I can hardly believe that I just got off the phone after speaking to the two of you way over there in Hong Kong. I was afraid I might not be able to hear you very well when you told me you were going to call, but the connection was fantastic.

I wish you both the best as you are there in Hong Kong.

Thank you so much for the phone call,
Shaddy
