Too Pooped to Post!!

As much as I'd love to post to my blog regularly, I'm too tired after working in my yard to have the energy to do so.

I even have a new camera but can't tear myself away from my perfect-yard obsession to experiment with it.

Hopefully, my obsession will soon fade.  Pray for me, will you please?

Hey! It let me in! I should go out and play the lottery!

I say if you're having fun, just keep enjoying it dear. I love knowing that you're having so much fun this summer. I'll pray that you continue to enjoy making the perfect yard. :) Have a great week!

SARIE: Hurray!! I'm so glad you were able to get in here.

I fear that if I don't post to my blog regularly, I may lose the followers I so appreciate.

I am enjoying my time outside tremendously although it sometimes seems overwhelming. That's when I remind myself that the yard doesn't need to be absolutely neat as a pin and as green as green can be.

I hope you're enjoying your summer as well.

My lawn looks perfect, a nice wheat-before-harvest color. In other words, it's dead, which means I don't have to mow, which means its perfect.

At the same time I'm getting cabin fever as it doesn't cool down until around 8:30pm and that's when the sun sets. I would like to have a day I could work outside.

WALK: Our grass would be dead too if I didn't water it religiously. Other than a couple of cooler days this week, our temps have been up there as well, although probably not as bad as yours. I'm learning to ignore how warm I am and to just keep going.

I hope things cool down for you so you and enjoy being outside.

I don't blame you one little bit! Summer can be downright exhausting. But don't get me wrong - I adore summer. Exhausting or not, I spend every minute I can draining every moment of sunshiny goodness out of these three short months!

K.M.: I'm going to miss my hours outside when the weather turns sour later this year!! I mustn't dwell on the future, now is summer and now it's great.

Thanks for stopping in.

I spent a couple of winters in Wisconsin, so I DEFINITELY think you should take advantage of being outdoors in your lovely yard while you can!
