| That's me with my laptop at Lake Vermilion, Minnesota, last summer. Remembering is almost as good as being there. We'll be around home this weekend but plan to get to Door County, Wisconsin, next month. That'll be a good time. Do you have plans to get away this weekend or sometime soon? Just got home Sunday AM from a week in Denali National Park. Absolutely perfect weather every time I wanted to do something--and that's rare for Denali!!!
I love to travel to Mackinac Island. But for now, I am happy to sit in my room, with all the windows open and read...so relaxing. I see our pond from two windows and the rest of our backyard from the other two windows. And the breeze at night can't be beat!
I want to do what you're doing--or what Gullible did, or Annie. We'll be heading to the Texas hill country in November--our annual anniversary trip. Can't wait!

Love that picture, Shaddy. Buck, Maggie & I are hunkered down, nice and dry, while the wind and rain from Tropical Storm Lee swirls and pounds outside. No thunder or lightning so far, though, just lots (and lots) of rain.
